Cheyenne Kennel Club

Thank you for stopping by the Cheyenne Kennel Club website.  The Cheyenne Kennel Club has been a part of the Cheyenne Community since 1948 with our first dog show held on June 27, 1948.  Today we host a three day event in Cheyenne (typically labor day weekend) which includes 3 days of obedience and rally competition and 3 days of conformation dog shows.  We encourage the general public to please come out and support your local dog show, come and meet a variety of breeds along with their breeders.  Our events draw to our community approximately 900-1,000 dogs with their handlers/owners from across the nation.  

Our club consists of local individuals who share a passion for canines and dog sports.  We try to educate the community about responsible dog ownership, with focus on training and health issues common to the pure bred dog.  Our annual show helps our club generate funds of which we donate back to local animal welfare organizations.
