Our Members
The Cheyenne Kennel Club is an eclectic group of people, from all age groups, who love dogs. Members of the Kennel Club are involved in a variety of dog sports including, but not limited to, Conformation, Obedience, Rally, Fast CAT, Nose Work, Herding, Agility, and Community Outreach. As a club we hold multiple events every year to promote our most beloved companion the Dog.
A Lasting Legacy
The Cheyenne Kennel club celebrated it's 75th anniversary in 2021. As a member of the American Kennel Club, we work hard to promote the Dog on all fronts.
What we do
While not all of our members own and breed dogs, we are a collection of dog lovers with a wide variety of breeds represented. Many of our members participate in more than one dog sport and we are always open to new members who have interests we have not yet explored as a club. Our main annual event is the AKC sanctioned Conformation, Obedience, and Rally shows held over Labor Day weekend.
