Frances Flaim - Recording Secretary

I was born and raised in the world of dog shows and I showed a collie for the first time when I was just 3 years old. I was a Top 10 Collie Junior for most of my juniors career and now continue to show and breed Qualteri Collies.

I have been the Cheyenne Kennel Club Recording Secretary since 2022 and a club member since 2017. I am also an active member of the Collie Club of America and the Collie Health Foundation.

Qualteri Collies has produced 17 Bred-By Champions and 25 Champions overall.  We have also produced 1 Silver Grand Champion, 1 Bronze Grand Champion and 2 Grand Champions. We also dabble in Canine Good Citizen, Herding, FastCAT, and Farm Dog Certifications.

We do 7 different health certification on all of the dogs we plan to breed. 

We strive to produce beautiful, intelligent, loving Collies.
